Ruth Brown has been working for more than twenty years as an outpatient physiotherapist in both the public and private healthcare sectors in the UK, Cyprus and Kuwait. Her main interests lie in the outpatient department - treating back and neck conditions and providing post-operative orthopeadic rehab and Hydrotherapy. Ruth also has significant experience working with athletes who require physiotherapy following a sports injury.
Ruth joined Circlehealth, as the Deputy Lead Physiotherapist in 2009, as the first hospital under the group’s umbrella was being built in Bath. During her time there, she helped establish links with the local GP services and create a Back management group, in addition to running the hydrotherapy services and coordinating the Physiotherapy Academy.
Ruth qualified as a certified physiotherapist from Guys Hospital School of Physiotherapy, United Kingdom, in 1991
